Ingredients for 2 servings of a basic version:
2 cups of rolled oats
2 cups of boiling water
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed (optional)
2 apples, peeled and grated
1 lemon, juice of
Toppings for enriched version:
1 banana or 1 mango, sliced
2 handfuls of berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
- Place oats and ground flaxseed in a bowl. Add boiling water.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
