STRAWBERRY PORRIDGE

Ingredients for 2 servings:

¾ cup of rolled oats
1 ½ cup of cashew milk
2 handfuls of strawberries (fresh or frozen), quartered
1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Toppings (optional):

coconut flakes
cacao nibs

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Serve in bowls and add toppings.
