800 g / 28.2 oz of red cabbage, finely chopped
1 onion, diced
1 apple, peeled and grated
2 ½ tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of oil
1 – 1 ½ tablespoon of date syrup
- Place cabbage in a pot with boiling water and cook for around 5 minutes until soft. Drain cabbage and put in a bowl.
