½ bunch of frozen parsley
6 ripe bananas (fresh, not frozen)
2 handfuls of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons of barley grass juice powder (optional)
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds (optional)
2 cups of water
2 cups of fresh orange juice
- Blend the frozen parsley in a high-speed blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. If too thick add more orange juice or water until desired consistency is achieved.
Ripe bananas with brown spots are better for digestion. This is due to the fact that as the banana ripens the starch turns into a simple sugar, making bananas easier to digest.
