½ bunch of parsley
1 cup of frozen peas, cooked (according to package directions) and cooled
¼ cup of almonds
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Blend all ingredients, except olive oil, in a blender.
- Add 5 tablespoons of the olive oil (add more if necessary) and blend until completely combined.
- Tastes great served with brown rice penne.
