Ingredients for 30 pralines:
1½ cup of cooked chickpeas
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 cup of pitted dates, soaked in the boiled water for at least 15 minutes
½ cup of desiccated coconut
juice from ½ lemon
½ cup of desiccated coconut, additional for coating
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend them until they are combined and smooth in texture.
- Shape the mixture into balls (walnut size).
- Coat balls with additional desiccated coconut.
- Store covered in fridge before serving.
It’s easy to coat balls by simply rolling them on a tray filled with desiccated coconut.
