CACAO PRALINES WITH CHICKPEAS

Ingredients for 30 pralines:

2 cups of cooked chickpeas
1 cup of pitted dates, soaked in the boiled water for at least 15 minutes
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of date syrup
4 tablespoons of cacao powder

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend them until they are combined and smooth in texture.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls (walnut size).
  3. Store covered in fridge before serving.

Hint:

You can coat your pralines with crushed pistachios.
