BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
½ cup of almond flour

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas in a bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
  2. Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan on a medium heat.
  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon batter into pan and spread out with the back of a spoon. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. Cook until pancakes are golden.
